December 2020: 

January 23, 2019: URGENT – Teleflex is voluntarily recalling the Riisch® Drainage Bag products listed on the linked pdf (click here) because the device labels are not UDI compliant. The missing UDI compliance information on the labeling would not affect the functlon/performance of the device itself.

Other label information and warnings are unaffected by this labeling. No patient Injury has been reported. Product code and lot combinations not referenced on the pdf are not impacted by this field action. We are notifying our customers to take the following actions:

1. Immediately discontinue use and quarantine any products with the product codes and lot numbers listed on the pdf.

2. Contact Savon Medimart to arrange for return procedures. Call 855-545-6685.

November 11, 2018: URGENT –Invacare has identified the potential for the mounting bolt connecting the caster to the base frame of the patient lifts to become loose. Loose hardware can cause wear to the hardware and housings. If not resolved, the caster may seperate from the base of the lift cause the lift to tilt and a potential fall.
